Mission Statement

The WCAP Task Force is comprised of representatives from K-2 classroom teachers, special educators, guidance counselors and administrators. Working in collaboration with the Reading and Math Task Forces and Student Services, WCAP's goals are:

  • Define and articulate Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 service "prescriptions"
  • Understand and delineate roles and responsibilities of staff at each Tier
  • Identify the process for using data to effectively support the Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 process
